Teen who wanted to show his support to ISIS by killing 1,000 Americans is arrested after his father alerted authorities

A 19-year-old who said he wanted to support ISIS by killing as many as 1,000 Americans has been arrested after his dad alerted authorities. Justin Nojan Sullivan, a self-described Muslim convert from Morganton, North Carolina, was arrested and faces several charges, including attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State group. Federal authorities were first made aware of the teen's alleged plot when his father, Richie Sullivan, told emergency dispatchers on April 21 that his son was destroying religious items in their home. 'I don't know if it is ISIS or what, but he is destroying Buddhas and figurines and stuff,' Mr Sullivan, a former Marine, said, according to the criminal complaint filed on Monday. 'I mean, we are scared to leave the house.' In the background of the call, his son was heard asking: 'Why are you trying to say I am a terrorist?' When an undercover FBI employee made contact with Sullivan on June 6, the teen told him via email that he was a a Muslim convert, according to court documents. I liked IS from the beginning then I started thinking about death and stuff so I became Muslim,' he said, according to the complaint. Two days later, he said he wanted to kill 500 people but the next day said he wanted to kill 1,000 by using biological weapons, a gas bomb and bullets coated with cyanide. 'Even if we get someone in the arm they'll still die because of the poison,' he allegedly said. 'It's vengeance.' He also told the undercover federal worker that he planned to buy a semi-automatic rifle on June 20 at a local gun show so he could carry out his murderous plan, according to the criminal complaint. 'Our attacks needs to be as big as possible,' he allegedly said. 'We can do minor assassinations before the big attack for training.' At first he told the FBI that he didn't mean to go through with his plans, but then he said he planned the attacks between June 21 and June 23 because his parents would be out of town. He claimed that he had looked for possible targets in the online Yellow Pages and had asked the undercover agent to kill his parents. He also asked for the undercover worker's help with obtaining a silencer. Sullivan also allegedly promised to send the agent money to kill his parents and to recruit others to the 'Islamic State of America.' Authorities went to his home on Friday and took him into custody without incident. At his home, they found a silencer, according to the court papers. Sullivan 'was planning assassinations and violent attacks in the United States,' said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John P. Carlin. Magistrate remand 2 homosexual suspects for having sex with 2 minors

2 homosexual suspects were yesterday remanded in Onitsha prison by the Chief Magistrate in Onitsha, presided over by Nkemdilim Ike, in order to consider applications by the parties to the case. Ebuka Anyasi, 23, and Michael Ikegbunam, 19, were detained in Onitsha Prisons on June 15 for allegedly committing felony by having carnal knowledge of two minors, Ifechukwu Okafor, 14, and Tagbo Chukwuma. The act lasted for 7 days, while both victims were locked in confinement in Okoloji Street, Odoakpu in Onitsha, Anambra State. The 2 accused pleaded not guilty to the three-count charge against them, but the Prosecutor, Clem Nwancho, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP, opposed their bail and submitted a three-page motion application as well as an affidavit opposing the plea for bail for the two accused. Mr Godwin Madubuko also opposed their plea for bail on the ground that they would jump bail, and insisted that they should be remanded in prison custody to serve as a deterrence to others, pending the determination of the case. John Chukwuma, the lead defence counsel, yesterday submitted a nine-paragraph motion and an affidavit praying the court to grant the two accused bail since the offence was bailable. In her ruling,the Magistrate, adjourned the matter to July 1 to enable her study the various written applications of the parties in the matter and decide whether to grant the two accused bail or not. However, some lawyers in Onitsha have expressed fears over a grand plan to suppress the matter by some unknown big wigs in the state who were working round the clock to ensure the case was frustrated because of their involvement in the act.

52-year-old teacher rapes 5 year old pupil in classroom

The Lagos State Police Command has arraigned a 52-year-old school teacher, Isaac Ikiabeke, for allegedly raping a 5-year-old pupil in the Ikorodu area. Ikiabeke, who is the proprietor of the school, Brighter Glory School, located on Etunrere Street, raped his victim after school hours. The victim, five-year-old Pat (not her real name), said Ikiabeke had allegedly raped her 10 times. She said, “He has been doing it for some time. He has done it more than 10 times. I am not the only one. He does it with some of us after school hours. I could not tell anybody because he said if I did he would beat me.” The victim’s grandfather explained that his attention was drawn to the sexual assault by some of Pat’s classmates. He said he was shocked, as well as disappointed in Ikiabeke, whom he regarded as a respectable man. He said, “Pat and her younger sister stay with me and they attend the school. I never suspected anything initially, except that I observed she would be holding her belly and turning on the bed and when I asked her what happened, she would say she was having stomachache.“It was one of her classmates that told me what the school owner had been doing to her and I quickly went to report at the station, after which he was arrested.” The matter has since been brought to the attention of the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender. A police source said that they got complaints from two victims. He said a three-year-old pupil, who was equally raped by the suspect, was in a critical condition in a hospital. He said, “There were actually two pupils that we were told he raped. The atrocity had been going on for a long time before he was arrested.” Pat has since been taken to the hospital for treatment. The police on Monday arraigned Ikiabeke before a Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court on one count of unlawful sexual intercourse. The charge read, “That you, Isaac Ikiabeke, on June 9, 2015, at about 3pm, at Brighter Glory School, Etunrere Street, Ikorodu, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did have unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, (name withheld) aged five years and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 258 (1) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.” The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge and elected summary trial. The case was adjourned till August 10, 2015.

Diddy arrested after fight with football coach in UCLA

Diddy was arrested today at UCLA after allegedly getting into a fight with a football coach at the university where his son is on the football team, TMZreports. Read below... We're told Campus Police took the music mogul into custody early Monday afternoon. Diddy's son,Justin Combs, is a defensive back on the team. We're told the fight went down at the UCLA athletic facility. One source says an assistant coach was screaming at Justin on the field during a strength and conditioning session. We're told the coach "was riding Justin, screaming intensely at him." Diddy watched the whole thing from the sideline. At some point later, we're told Diddy confronted the coach in his office and grabbed him. Diddy was arrested for assault. A source connected with Diddy tells TMZ Diddy himself initially wanted to call police, but the phone was taken out of his hands. Diddy is still in custody at campus jail.
