This is the terrible state of Okoya Thomas close/Sam Shonibare street., Below is what the youths of the street sent to LG "There is a recreational and event centre which is owned by Lagos state Government on this street which is rented for parties and other social events.70% of the proceeds of the centre goes to the lagos state government while 30% goes to the residents association management but still the street is in a terrible state as the drains are blocked due to indiscriminate dumping of thrash in the drains from the event centre which has not been cleared in years."
